Project Souls

Insisting on the spontaneity and magic of the moment, without the previous templates and sketches, the personal inner world takes on various multidimensional forms expressed by the line in the black and white spectrum. During the process of appearance and disappearance, phantasmagorical forms establish a connection between the future, the present and the past. What happens to us when we cease to exist? How do we reconcile the microcosm within us with the macrocosm in which we are existent but no bigger than a particle? Paradoxically, my paintings are an attempt to capture the invisible. Thus each of my paintings represents an inner necessity to speak the unspeakable. Drawings on canvas are, thus, playing with expectations through perpetual shifts in form and meaning. They involve phantasmagorical shapes and silhouettes. My goal is that they come to life in the eye of the observer.
